Mental Health Resources
At Hidalgo ISD, we recognize that mental health is essential to learning, growth, and overall well-being.
We are committed to supporting the mental wellness of our students, staff, and families.
Mental health impacts how we think, feel, and succeed — and just like physical health, it should never be ignored.
We encourage our students and staff to reach out and talk to a school counselor or trusted adult if they are feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or simply need someone to listen.
Help is here, and you are never alone.
Let’s continue working together to:
-
Break the stigma around mental health
-
Promote open, compassionate conversations
-
Ensure access to resources and support for everyone in our school community
Together, we can create safe, supportive schools where mental wellness is a priority for all.
