Parent Action Needed: Medical Consent Form Required for All Students
In compliance with Texas SB 12, all Hidalgo ISD students must have a Consent for Medical Treatment form on file. Parents can complete the form at their child’s campus, at the Nurses Station during the Back to School Rally, or by printing it from our website and returning it to the school.
