Find Serenity Here!

"A Garden is a grand teacher. It teaches patience and careful watchfulness; it teaches industry and thrift; above all, it teaches entire trust"

On Tuesday, October 5, 2021, students, teachers, counselors, liaisons and administrators came together to discuss the preparations of the Serenity Garden that will soon make an appearance on our campus.

Did you know that gardening is beneficial for Mental Health and Well-being? Mental Health benefits are extensive. Not only can gardening reduce Mental Health benefits like depression and anxiety, it can also reduce stress and high blood pressure, all while improving overall physical health.

Gardening also connects us with nature which helps people to destress and relax. It is therapeutic, after all.
