Affordable Connectivity Program

The Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) is a program designed to lower costs for high-speed internet at home for students. Because Hidalgo ISD is part of the Community Eligibility Provision program that provides meals at no cost to all students, families in the Hidalgo ISD community are eligible to participate in the ACP.
The ACP provides eligible households with the following:
  • Up to $30/month off their internet bills (or $75/month on Tribal lands).
  • A one-time $100 discount off a laptop, tablet, or computer.
When applying for the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) you will need to provide a copy of you child's report card and a letter stating that the school your child attends is part of the Community Eligibility Program (CEP).

You can find the letter stating that the school your child attends is part of the Community Eligibility Program here.

You can find student report cards on the parent portal.

If you are unable to access the Parent Portal, please contact the school your child attends.
